For standard in-stock products, we accept small orders with flexible MOQ. For custom OEM/ODM products (custom LOGO, special color plating, custom molds), MOQ varies depending on the product — typically starting from 500–1,000 pieces. Please contact us for exact details.

We offer a wide range of electroplating and painting finishes: nickel (silver), gold, rose gold, light gold, matte black (gunmetal), antique brass, antique copper, chrome, and custom Pantone spray painting. Tell us your requirements and we will match your color.
For existing products, samples can be shipped within 1–2 days. For custom samples (new mold or new design), production takes approximately 3–5 days. We will confirm the exact timeline when you place your inquiry.
Bulk production typically takes 7–15 days depending on the product type, quantity, and customization requirements. Rush orders may be available — please discuss with our team.
Our production factory is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang — China's hardware manufacturing hub. We also have a physical showroom in the Yiwu International Trade City, the world's largest small commodities market. You are welcome to visit us!
We ship worldwide via international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), air freight, and sea freight. Door-to-door delivery service is available. We will recommend the best shipping method based on your order weight and destination.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For large orders, we typically require a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment.
